Account Deletion — Customer
You have the right to delete your Nearby Expert customer account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how, in line with Google Play's data deletion requirements.

How to delete your account
- Open the Nearby Expert app and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
- Tap "Delete my account" and confirm your choice.
- Alternatively, email us at info@nearbyexpert.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account".
- Include your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity.
🗑️ What gets deleted
Upon a verified request, we permanently delete your profile details (name, email, phone), saved addresses, booking history and preferences from our active systems.
📁 What may be retained
We may retain certain information where required by law, for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, for a limited period. Payment records may be retained by our payment processors as legally required.
⏱️ How long it takes
Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once done.
